Bangladesh tax, VAT registration and compliance for foreign companies
Structured support for tax, VAT, audit reports, statutory filings, renewals and ongoing compliance.
Once a company is running, the obligations never stop: monthly VAT returns, withholding tax, annual income tax returns, audited accounts, annual filings with RJSC and a series of licence renewals, each with its own deadline and its own authority.
Our chairman is an income tax lawyer and a member of the Dhaka Tax Bar Association. We keep a compliance calendar for your company, prepare and file on time, and explain every obligation to you in Chinese.
